1 word RUN! Ushur has both problems with culture and closing new business. Ushur has a consistent revolving door of exiting leadership. The biggest consistency ive had in my time at Ushur was..... OH wait they arent at all. You should work for Ushur if you don't ever want to advance, if you don't ever want to close a new logo, if you don't want to be valued, if you dont want to be treated like a person. Theres a reason why they cant keep people. If those are not important than by all means you should apply at Ushur!

Thought when I signed on with Ushur I was going to be part of a growth team. Ushur has closed 1 new logo in a year. The disconnect between sales leaders and sales is the biggest gap I’ve ever seen. Personally if you want to chill collect a base it probably ok but if you want to work hard and make money id look elsewhere
