Former Employee Base salary is good - commission is not capped. But with how hard the product is to sell, you won't be making as much as you could at a competitor. Product is out of date and out of step with prospect needs. Commission structure was changed in 2025 - you will only get meaningful commission after a client has been retained for 6+ months. Client retention is only 40-50%. Product and customer support are poor, so it's not surprising that customers leave. If you need a first sales job, this may be a good stepping stone. But if you are qualified with previous experience in ad tech sales space, RUN. Sinking ship.
