Current Employee The culture at Veo is second to none, and the base salary gives you enough to work in a hybrid office/remote role in Miami. Where Veo struggles is its commission structure. You have a set monthly target, if it is hit (regardless of what that target is), you are paid approximately 2k in commission. In some months, the target goes up to 200k, so being paid out 2k for that work makes it extremely hard to make money.
