All in all it was ok. Training was non existent. Thrown in and you either sink or swim. Main saving grace was the people you work with are great. Comp was not great and changed comp structure that was most definitely a pay cut but they chose to insult our intelligence and claim it was "not a pay cut"

Expectation is to ramp up quickly and you’re pretty much thrown into the lions den. If you don’t have the willingness to step out of your comfort zone for sustained periods of time and in all sorts of conditions, literally, then this won’t be for you.
