Former Employee Vividly the solution, is the best amongst its competitors. There’s little traffic in the CPG software lane which makes the product fun to sell, and relatively easy to be successful. Vividly the company and leadership is a different story. There is one SDR pulling most of the meetings, so the deals seem to mostly rest on one SDRs back. Which is great for the company but creates a disproportionate dynamic. Once leadership changed, it was clear who the favorites were. Again, the software is great and the company has good perks. Just note that if you begin to book lots of meetings, and you’re not a part of the “brat pack” then stay focused on your wins and ignore any low key ‘haterism’. But if they like you, you’re in! Learn CPG, listen to podcasts, and live on Gong, you’ll do great!!
