Company has a great solution as far as market fit, but the strategy of the company leaves a lot to be desired. Decisions are made by PE firm owners who are very removed from the day-to-day and I’m not convinced that a lot of the leadership even understands our product/market.

It’s a job. Leadership is dated and all have known each other for ages. Need to bring in fresh blood. Terrible product launch strategy and internal communication as well as disjointed processes. Coworkers and customers are great but that’s about it.
