Excellent product-market fit, Wealthbox essentially sells itself. Inbound opportunities have been plentiful and hitting quota has been attainable, but they are growing the AE team significantly so things might be changing soon…

Remote first company, but tough to move up the ranks. They are very picky about who they move from SDR to AE and there is no formal structure to promotion.

Been here for over a year and I have zero complaints. Leadership consistently coached me and supported me with opportunities for career growth and promotions. The team is competitive in a positive way and always willing to help. The overall culture is strong and surprisingly cohesive for a fully remote company. I feel valued, supported, and set up to succeed.

Nobody is hitting quota and quotes continue to increase. Lead generation has not been good recently and SDRs are now expected to have 100+ dials daily. There are pros and cons with Wealthbox, overall they are great people. However for SDRs, this place is not the best.
