The team is competitive in a positive way and always willing to help. The overall culture is strong and surprisingly cohesive for a fully remote company. I feel valued, supported, and set up to succeed.

Current Employee2.4Jun 3, 2024Nobody is hitting quota and quotes continue to increase. Lead generation has not been good recently and SDRs are now expected to have 100+ dials daily. There are pros and cons with Wealthbox, overall they are great people. However for SDRs, this place is not the best.
