Former Employee My overall experience was good. They offered some training, and my supervisor was willing to spend 1-on-1 time with me to help me understand the products and offer advice and resources to strengthen my sales skills. One part I didn't particularly like was that we had to generate our own leads. At the time, I was recently out of college, so I didn't know many people in the market for life insurance, but I managed to do better than expected. I did end up leaving once I found a better opportunity, however.
