Former Employee Company had initially good intentions in hiring me as the international team was a small collaborative entity with a laser focused go to market strategy. Once WideOrbit was acquired by Lumine, the team lost its product focus, leadership, and overall software execution. It was integrated into the larger domestic team and development resources became scarce. With newly implemented product strategies, domestic and international objectives were blurred, creating internal competition amongst development resources, resulting in an ever changing sales narrative. The end result lots of vaporware, higher prices, and strategic uncertainty.
