Base salary was dropped to $50k in June 2025. Retention commission was boosted, but new account commission was reduced. Gas cards and 40c per mile changed to $600/month and 18c per mile, with the amount if driving required, this is a 50% decrease. Large company, but very little presence in Phx and seemingly unwilling to invest.

Good company to work for, if you are brought in as part of an acquisition then don't expect any change in your pay. It's been a year since the acquisition and I'm still getting paid half of what my peers receive.
