Current Employee It's a company on a huge upwards trajectory with a ton of opportunity. Could be a career starter.
However, all AEs here are the best of the best, so pathway to becoming an AE as an SDR is a tough one. As with all startups, there are growing pains as systems and strategies continue to develop. Main issue is that the path to promotion for an SDR currently involves about a year and a half of 90% quota attainment, which is a big challenge and not one that most on the team have achieved. I'm sure leadership will find a way to address this in time and find a more reachable path to promotion, but just know that excellence is not only expected, but required here if you want to progress. As with all high-growth startups on an upward trajectory in a high-demand market, you're going to be expected to be excellent.
Not just get high volume out, but personalized, high quality touches tailored to the POV of the companies you're reaching out to. This is a great skillset to learn, but quota is high. So expect to have to be on top of things.
Also: very solid company leadership.
