Really strong leadership and product market fit. Overall team is doing extremly well, and the possibility of making a lot of money is achievable across the board. Semi small ish team still covering the US+Canada, so there is a lot of growth potential + expansion in the future for our team.

New comp plan and structure has enriched a select few and left many to struggle. None to little leads or bdr to support net new or growth team members
