Good formative sales role for very beginners. Company is poorly managed and facilities are very poorly maintained. Incentives and offers have not been changing for years, and the client base is aware of it, so it ends up being fishy.

Culture was to hit goal or go, it led from the top where it was the same from them but if anyone were to miss goal multiple times you may be replaced
