Former Employee Terrible leadership, the entire commercial function is bottle necked by 1 person, meaning larger deals will never happen.
They are happy to lay Hardworking staff off because they burn cash like its going out of fashion.
They've been out trying to get funding on the back of deals that aren't signed, they've not been paid by a large customer since starting because they aren't delivering the service. They've invested heavily in a software platform to win a customer who has no interest in them.
They've invested in advisors who have brought nothing to the table.
They've burnt cash on chasing false promises, led by a poor leader.
The product was a quality led product and when they realised nobody cared they have tried to shoe horn a progress capture feature that doesn't actually work.
It's been product led for to long without real commercial GTM and by the time they got to it they realised they were to late.
Unless money gets invested quickly it'll go pop, because for the last 3 years they've just made mistake after mistake because they've firmly believed the people who've convinced others they're the smartest in the room.
