Love the people! Only challenge is unrealistic quota. It’s a random number that doesn’t take into consideration market conditions. Even though the team is out performing the previous 2 years, the team does not consistently achieve monthly quota. However, leadership has been open to changing this and we are working through options, so I love their willingness to listen.
