Former Employee I was hired to lead the East Coast sales region however they likely grew too quickly as I was part of a RIF this past June. Salesforece is a mess. Leads are not round robin despite being told it's supposed to be that way; they go to reps who are already above their quota. Quote to cash is slow; when customers demand days ... the v1 usually comes back weeks or months later.
