Current Employee I joined Zinc at 20yo as an entry level SDR, through the trust of managers, the second-to-none product we get to sell and obviously hard work, I was promoted to Sr. SDR and then reached Associate AE after a year and a half at the org. I joined at ~40 employees, and now we're ~120 strong - this highlights the upwards trajectory the business is on, and the opportunity to sell a great product in a ripe market. This could also be the reason you wouldn't join, as its fast-paced and systems/processes wouldn't be as set-out as other, more established orgs. The 4 key factors for me enjoying working at Zinc is the culture - both in the sales team and company-wide, the opportunity to trampoline my career, how empowered I feel and the opportunity to earn very well.
