Does anybody pick up the phone anymore? Doesn’t feel like I’m cold calling as much as cold voice mailing. What are y’all seeing? Would love to know the kinds of connect rates you're getting

Depends on the industry and whether or not they are remote, so then migrating to cell numbers obviously. Connect rates are definitely down as activity is way up with parallel dialers. Email still works too but again more and more noise because of cadence tools, AI/enrichment, etc. Are there other places that your buyers 'hang out'? Forums, r/channels, other social sites, even off-line events, etc? Best to be active wherever your buyers are, hit them multi-channel (calls, emails, social, etc) and keep the activity levels high. I call into K-12 schools, so I always get someone answering the phone...but the DM is typically never available.
