Hey everyone. I want to hear your opinion. I'm currently an AE for a tech company. About 30 employees. Base is 54K Average deal size is 72K, but can get up to 300K Commission is 2-3% depending on the deal's size Bootstraped, no equity in the company for anyone but the 3 founders. Working with clients worldwide No SDR, 50% of the deals are inbound 50% is outbound. 2-4 inbounds calls a week (Marketing is weak) . I think we are underpaid, and before to a different company, I want to offer this place a different comp. model. What do you guys think? Is this way too low? Or would you stay for a higher commission? What would be a reasonable commission for this situation?
