I am an account manager with 3 years in the SaaS industry from a leading company, but 1 year in a full-sales cycle role. I want to continue down that path - what would you say the best way is to land another account manager or account executive job? I've applied to about 25 in the last week .

Choose one job that excites you each week and go all out in your application and interview process. You won't have the energy to do your current job and interview properly at multiple companies. Also, don't be afraid to disqualify yourself if the job or manager doesn't seem right as you are interviewing.
Don't spray and pray. Look to your network and see if you have a connection with someone at a hiring org you'd want to join, and from there, see if you can get an intro to the hiring manager. A warm intro is going to work far better than adding your resume to the slush pile.
