I work in business loan sales. I am on the retention team for accounts that are sent to us by brokers and ultimately assisted/closed by our new sales team. The lead flow is ultimately controlled from above and split between top producers like myself and the lower producers. As a result, I am effectively capped at my current income of the low 200s. Since the leads are provided by the company, I feel rather disposable and at the mercy of the company. My boss is a nice guy, but not at all helpful in terms of professional or sales help. The work environment is pretty relaxed and we get to work remotely. I would ultimately like to end up in a position where I have more upside to my income. What should I do here? Any advice?
Sell solar. Can make a 100k a month if you’re good.
If you're in the top 10% of the team and you're not earning what you want to be earning - then you should leverage your performance and find another org where you can. Good orgs are always looking to hire top reps. Sounds like you know the answer...
