Should I take a SMB GRB AE role at Salesforce, or Small Business at HubSpot. $30k more OTE at Salesforce, but full remote is nice, man.

Having previously worked at HubSpot, I'd say take SFDC. Can do it for a year and then leave and get a higher paying gig.. also, can leave and go to enterprise at Hubspot after a year at SFDC.

Salesforce probably. As far as I know the upward potential is significantly higher. The only way Hubspot makes sense is if you'd have to move for Salesforce.

SMB at HS can be brutal. And SF has a higher % of reps making quota.

Salesforce - in addition to the higher OTE, SF has SIGNIFICANT extended benefits that are difficult to match anywhere else. Additionally, having SF on your resume will open more doors for you in the future.

think a few years down the road and what each means to your resume.

I’ve been at HubSpot 3 years. Chose it over SF because remote work is more important to me. Both are great companies with lots of benefits but my advice would be to weigh up each based on what’s most important to you.

Salesforce has amazing leaders in the SMB vertical. No brainer to go with Salesforce.

Absolute no brainer with Salesforce. High earning potential and also larger breath of experience. Unless its an absolute necessity you need to WFH; Salesforce is it.
