What is the going salary for a Sr. Sales Rep, currently strategic director- for software sales.

I have personally had offers for $350k/$360k/$367k, and I have been in my career for only ~8 years, and only ~4 in Enterprise/Strategic sales.
Depends on the org. The Strat naming convention is different in different places. The right question for the org is "how do you segment your sales org/how many layers are there/etc..." If the Strat role is the highest sales layer, I have seen titles like SAM/GAD/GAM and depending on the org, OTE ceilings as high as low to mid 4's. I would say high 3's would be fairly standard but contingent on resume/experience/track record, and potentially a relationship with the hiring manager who already knows your value.
