Job Description

OxBlue is the leading professional construction camera service provider, serving clients globally since 2001. As OxBlue continues to grow and expand, our Sales team is experiencing hyper-growth and is looking for individuals that are motivated, strategic and driven to join our team. As we build out the Business Development Representative team, you will be vital to our continued success as an organization. In this role, you will leverage your past experience to develop an interest in OxBlue’s solutions within potential customers. 

As a Business Development Representative you would: 

  • Familiarize yourself with OxBlue’s products and understand why our customers buy from us 
  • Learn how to qualify leads and have effective discovery calls that drive forward customer opportunity 
  • Conduct a high volume of phone calls daily in order to qualify leads from lead generation to potential sales opportunities
  • Gain commitment from client in order to set demo appointment calls for Account Executives 
  • Identify client needs and areas of potential interest 
  • Consistently meet or exceed your quota
  • Perform other duties as assigned

You Have: 

  • Results-driven and competitive nature
  • Excellent writing, communication, and listening skills
  • Proven ability to make strong connections and overcome rejection to achieve results 
  • Desire to move up the ranks and become an Account Executive in the future is required 
  • Previous prospecting experience
