The Role

We’re looking for a driven, full-cycle Account Executive who excels at outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and closing high-impact deals. In this role, you’ll sell our industry-leading 3% cashback charge card and Ad Pay Protection solution into medium to large eCommerce, DTC, and SaaS companies with significant digital ad spend.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of exceeding quota and selling to founders, CEOs, and VP-level decision-makers at enterprise or fast-growing mid-market companies. You’ve successfully built outbound pipeline in competitive environments and closed complex deals as a high-performing, full-cycle rep.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage qualified prospects at eCommerce, DTC, and SaaS companies with significant digital ad spend
  • Sell directly to founders, CEOs, CFOs, and VP-level buyers across Finance, Growth, and Operations
  • Source your own pipeline through a high-volume, high-precision outbound motion
  • Conduct deep discovery to uncover pain points and map DashFi’s solutions to business-critical needs
  • Build and deliver tailored proposals, business cases, and ROI narratives
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder decision processes and close complex deals
  • Maintain clean pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy in HubSpot
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve messaging, surface market insights, and shape GTM strategy

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of sales experience in a full-cycle, quota-carrying Account Executive role
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in outbound-heavy environments
  • Experience selling into enterprise or mid-market eCommerce, SaaS, or ad-driven businesses
  • Comfortable selling to founders, CEOs, CFOs, and VP-level decision-makers
  • Strong prospecting, qualifying decision-maker, negotiating, and closing skills.
  • Exceptional discovery, value articulation, and closing skills
  • High degree of accountability, ownership, and self-direction
  • Familiarity with modern sales tools like HubSpot, Apollo, SalesNav, and Slack
  • Team-first mindset with a healthy sense of competition — hungry, humble, and collaborative
  • Previous startup or high-growth GTM experience strongly preferred
  • Experience selling charge cards, corporate cards, or spend management solutions is a plus
