Sales Development Representative

Company: Bluegrass Lending Group specializes in providing small businesses and merchants with the funds they need to grow including Merchant Cash Advances, SBA Loans, Equipment Financing, and Term Loans.

Overview: Join our fast-growing team sales team working out of our offices in downtown Louisville. Here you will hone your sales skills at a high growth financial services firm. Your primary role will be to acquire new clients by cold and warm calling businesses to understand their financing needs and guide them through the pre-approval process.

This is an uncapped commission-based, independent contractor opportunity with daily, weekly and monthly KPI bonuses on top of your normal commission structure. Quickly build your own book of business to reach your highest income potential. We are growing fast, and you will have the ability to grow with us by quickly earning performance-based promotions quickly. Our top sales reps in this office earned $200,000 in their first year while helping businesses get the capital they need.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize provided leads to generate new business opportunities from cold and warm calling
• Determine customer needs and propose solutions to meet their requirements
• Obtain and review financial documents from clients
• Assess risk based on industry standards
• Coordinate daily with team leads to advance deals towards closure
• Educate clients on the unique benefits of BLG's services

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of sales experience (Internships or Volunteering experience ok)
• Understanding of small business financing dynamics is a plus
• Strong motivation and competitive spirit
• Ability to thrive independently and collaborate effectively
• Comfortable with CRMs and Microsoft Office
• Eagerness for self-improvement and learning
• Coachable attitude
• Self-starter with the motivation and drive to reach a new earning potential

Compensation:

• Uncapped 35% commission
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly KPI Bonuses
• OTE from $75,000 - $200,000 or more in year 1
