We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join KitchenPark’s Dubai team. This role is a key part of our growth strategy, focused on top-of-funnel lead generation and qualifying opportunities for the Account Executive team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, enjoy engaging with prospects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do

  • Top of funnel Generation. Partner with AE’s to identify quality sales opportunities.
  • Manage quality data entry into Salesforce, ensure accurate and up to date information on potential sales leads and notes on qualifications based on criteria and requirements.
  • Well versed and knowledgeable on KitchenPark’s value propositions, articulately explain and answer questions to sales leads.
  • Build a pipeline of sales opportunities to hand over to Account Executives.
  • Complete a high volume of daily calls, emails, website form fills, social media messaging.

What we’re looking for

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or a related role — fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Must be a UAE National.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for building a career in sales — high-performing SDRs have the opportunity to progress to Account Executive or SDR Lead roles.
