Former Employee My experience with 120Water was a mixed bag. The leadership team doesn’t seem like they know what direction they want the organization to go in. Their products rely solely on government regulations and there is absolutely no need for their services over the next year. The entire pricing structure makes no sense and leadership refuses to listen to representatives about this issue. Only positive was it was fully remote, and some members of my team were great.
