It was an alright job; they didn't pay super competitively, but the hours were flexible. You also receive virtually no training beforehand, with a representative only providing internet quizzes.

Good company for job opportunities. Even though you are an Independent contractor. They push you like you’re W2. The only problem is when parent companies change the commission structure for the worst. I wish they would include more sales incentives to help close the gap.

Really Great company, but pay is just not close to what is needed. very good benefits for f/t medical. blackout dates for pto and low accrual though

Really depends on who your direct manager is. The work was fine and the pay was what you would expect from a retail sales position.
