Working at 24 has been a good experience in regards to an entry level sales role. It creates a fundamental understanding of what a sales process looks like and how to complete that process.

No salary pay. Hourly pay ranges $18-23 in CA. Most don’t give full-time hours, so you don’t qualify for benefits. No commission structure for memberships, which is your primary focus in the role, one time 10% commission on training sold (highest package under $1500) and all re-signs go to the trainer. 24 offered upward mobility from from desk to leadership if you desire. Overall product is good not great with a reasonable cost. Leadership development process was solid.
