No salary pay. Hourly pay ranges $18-23 in CA. Most don’t give full-time hours, so you don’t qualify for benefits. No commission structure for memberships, which is your primary focus in the role, one time 10% commission on training sold (highest package under $1500) and all re-signs go to the trainer. Starter job to gain sales experience, would not pursue a sales career.

My time at 24 Hour Fitness was a mix of great in-club leadership and frustrating corporate decisions. My direct manager was fantastic, but upper management was out of touch.
