The company is about to sell, backed by equity, causing a lot of politics and scrutiny. "Rules for C players negatively impact A players." The biggest pain is selling against internal operators. Operations can sell a new logo in your market, making it hard to build organic partnerships this way. Often have to lower margins, and comp plan is entirely based on margins.
