Quota has been more difficult to achieve for individual contributors. Goalposts have been moved even though there are no internal or macroeconomic tailwinds to justify quota increasing.

Tough year for sales the past couple years as the organization has undergone multiple transformations. New sales structure each year the past 3 years.

Made good money before they blew up the sales structure and are now back to the old model after not coming close to their targets last year. New CEO, new CRO (who i've heard is terrible)...Great product but management is absolutely awful and doesn't understand the product. Difficult to achieve OTE and accelerators in commission plan. Very low number achieved 100% OTE
