Former Employee Hitting quota is a bit of a moving target @ ADT. In theory, you should be doing 30-50% of sales from inbound leads and 50-80% from self-generated leads. In reality, you need to self-generate 100% of your quota and hope you get a decent inbound lead or two. It is doable as long as you don't get caught up in the noise. Because it is a revolving door and an entry-level position, you get a lot of riff raff and micro-managing. Browse Other Reviews
