Not the best. No proper manager in office so you don't really get the proper attention you need to help address issues. Lack of management motivating employees

Very lax . No base salary . The product does sell itself with inbound leads being called for the service which replaces the need for them to give base salary as you are guaranteed "warm" appointments as you are close to quota per month.

Low inbound leads, want you to generate 95% of your leads. Install team often sabotages sale or configures it for more profit on their side by adding and deleting items from order. Has declined over the years I’ve been here.
