My overall experience was subpar. Gaslighting from leadership who blamed us for no new sales and we didn't have sufficient TL marketing materials. Who runs a brokerage without marketing materials? If you need Freight Audit and Pay services great but working on the brokerage side is a joke. Nobody made commission. 95% of brokers don't work there longer than 2 years. Split model but carrier reps have customers.
