My overall experience was OK. Culture and leadership are a big problem. Very retail oriented and old school sales leaders. Product is good but decaying, leadership is poor and mostly there because of tenure. Good stepping stone

Great people, archaic process and gas lighting leadership culture. Invest in productivity tools, give the young guy on the training team full control of the program, adjust wages so people in California can actually survive.

Industry leading product, great company that is actively investing in new updates to continue market share and be at the forefront of the industry. Leadership is strong, personal, and transparent. There is a strong dedicated training team but they are geared more towards product training and not sales training - needs to be more investments in sales skills...Read More

Base salary is terrible as a BSM. Benefits are mediocre. The real benefit is when you exceed your sales quote. For top-performers here, you can make a lot of money. Unfortunately a lot of it has to do with territory as well.
