My overall experience here was good, the culture is fast paced and motivating (if you’re hitting your numbers). The compensation is above average, the training resources are phenomenal. Rep success is highly dependent on geographical market, large variation in quotas and realized wins based on region of US. Leadership is a mix of seasoned people management professionals and individually successful sales reps.

Great job, tons of flexibility with how the job is run. The freedom can be tricky for some reps but ultimately this is the perfect job for a seasoned sales pro.
