I do realize that we are not perfect, but I am going to continue to work tirelessly to make sure what you experienced early is just the beginning of a great ride. I am bummed that you are disappointed in our training. We have made some adjustments and I think our future plans are strong. If there is something you personally feel is missing for you or for others, I would love to hear it. If it is something we don't have, I would be willing to investigate a way to invest in outside training resources to give you what you need to be successful. The compensation comment gets me right in the heart. I hope I can change your mind with our 25 plans because we are paying more than we ever have in compensation, base and variable.
