AMCS is growing and changing. With the recent rebrand, they are positioning themselves and the product as the best in class. With the current restructuring, they have the potential to be an amazing place to work and make great money.

Place is a disaster. Leadership is brutal, with the US leader a notoriously degrading individual, to put it mildly. Comp plan is super weak, and quotas are highly unrealistic. Only ones who sniff their quota are upselling reps in the enterprise team.

The culture is very tense and resources are scarce. Requests for assistance often go un-answered and management is not helpful.
