AMD is one of the best technology providers in this space, starting to kick down the heels of Intel and Nvidia in CPU and GPU. Unfortunately the culture is only built upon the technology and DEI, and not the sales org. There is no culture in sales. There is no upside any more with capped (80%) commissions and draws, capped upside commission ceiling, and the stock cratering the value of your RSU and ESPP the last year. Sales org leadership is ancient, hanging on for 20+ years for AMD to rebound, and does not know how to scale the business, treat their people right, reward them properly, and truly increase market share and revenues. It is just not a great place to work.

Great company and culture. Highly recommend. Semis are very different from selling software though and require a different mindset and skillset
