The role entails selling leads to caregiver agencies via cold contact of business owners. Most owners who have had past experience with APFM report a negative experience with the leads, saying they never converted leads to a single customer. Many say the prospects never call them back after repeated attempts and feel like they paid for nothing. Challenging to sell a product with a widely negative reputation no matter how skilled the sales rep.

Absolute hell! They expect you and your team to work 60 hours a week including nights, weekends, holidays. They believe in old school leadership & extreme micromanagement. Unrealistic expectations and highly unobtainable goals.

The culture here was terrible. I was here for seven months and had three different comp plans. I had four managers in the seven months because no one wanted to stay. The last manager I had was never a manager before and was promising things to my account that couldn’t be fulfill. Each comp plan they completely changed how I was getting paid.
