This is a company always in flux as they are moving towards a product lead culture. This may make more sense for some business units, but appears to be detrimental to others. It's owned by an investment group and comes with all the positive and negative aspects of this.

Was great for 12 years: stretchy but attainable quotas, motivating accelerators, strong GTMs, exceptional leadership-which drastically changed with recent new leadership and acquisitions. Delayed GTMs, unclear vision, overly aggressive and unvetted quotas and decline in a culture that once was best in class.

Priorities change frequently and it isn't always communicated in a timely manner which can lead to lack of focus for reps. Changing of territories are not properly planned out which also causes a problem for reps.
