Current Employee Leadership has lost touch with the frontline sales team. Instead of training their teams to build a relationship with the customer and earn their trust, they have gone down the path of demo before discovery, show up and throw up or spray and pray. This only propels their customer base further towards anti-trust and effects their bottom line while simultaneously producing sellers that are not equipped to sell.
