You can get lucky with great direct leadership, but the executive team operates on short-sided goals and initiatives without providing the infrastructure or strategy to execute. Its odd that you don't actually have a quota . Very hard to tell what top performers make because sales do not equal commission - you only get paid on incremental.

A lot of reshuffling between accounts. Sales reps cannonly have 10 accounts. Some of the accounts are not eager to do business, maar you have to deal with is as a sales rep. You get a certain percentage of the ACV, which is pretty good. Downside of the job is a lot of remote meetings.
