Awesome high achieving Mid Market team with high paced performance culture and excellent management team. Really good product market fit and high growth. The mid market team does skew more towards the junior/younger side of mid market roles and compensation, but a great advancement opportunity, and capability to make as much or more than an enterprise rep with performance.

Mid market leadership does not care about the people on their team and clearly have not sold in many years. Tons of micromanagement and false promises in the interview process. Id stay away if you want to hit quota.
