Core products are great, but selling ancillary solutions is challenging. Compensation is solid but slowly moving the other way

The people who work there are incredible. The product and product fit is fantastic. To make a sale you are always at a huge discount as the pricing is so ridiculously high. The base is low as they think people will stay as the product is such a good fit.
