Current Employee Great culture where sales is respected and a healthy work life balance is the norm. If anything, the company needs to shift to be a bit more aggressive to match the market and stay in front. Some reps are still operating in the ZIRP era sales motions and expecting deals to come to them. Current Employee Terrible. They dont know what they're doing. Management is immature.
