Current Employee The Sales Manager role at Absorb is great. The sales leadership and the culture they have built are exceptional. Sales is fully resourced and supported with tools, trainings, supporting functions and coaching. Product market fit is great and we are taking market share left and right, resulting in consistent growth. The OTE is not the best on paper, with OTE around the 50th percentile of the software industry. However, the opportunity is far more than the OTE suggests and with the structure of the variable comp plan it's not uncommon for reps to 2x or more their variable comp number.
